How do I buy items?
To buy items, click "Login", choose your Minecraft version (Java or Bedrock), enter your Minecraft username exactly as it appears in your launcher, add items to your cart, and complete the checkout. Your items will be delivered automatically in-game.
I didn’t receive my items!
Items can sometimes take up to 30 minutes to appear in-game, but they usually arrive within 1–2 minutes.
If you still haven’t received your items after 30 minutes, please contact support for assistance.
How can I get a refund?
We have a strict no refunds policy, however, if you did not receive your items 30 minutes after purchase, please make a ticket or contract our support email (freshsmpbusiness@gmail.com) so we can manually deliver your items asap!

📱 Bedrock Edition: Server IP play.freshsmp.fun with Port 19132
🎮 Consoles (Xbox, PS5, etc.): Download the Bedrock Together app on your phone or device. Enter the server details above, watch the short ad, and ensure your phone or device is on the same WiFi network as your console. A new world will appear in your Minecraft friends list. Select it to join FreshSMP and play with everyone else!
